    Greetings all,

I’m looking to build a retro console with my Raspberry Pi 1 Model B (2011) which was bought for me years ago but I never bothered with. Will this be okay or should I invest in the new Pi?

    I would like a 32GB Retro Console with 2 PS3 wireless controllers.

I have read online the wireless controllers don’t work as well as the wired, I would like to know if this is the case?

I would also like to know what I would need to purchase for this as I have no experience with the Pi.

I’d like to know a breakdown what I will need to buy to build a device.

I’m guessing I’ll need some sort of power supply, HDMI cable, WIFI/BLUETOOTH reciever etc…

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

These 2 videos will give a start point to show what you need. The Pi 1 will emulate most systems pretty well, but would struggle with N64 and maybe PS1. SNES and Megadrive should be fine.
