I wrote a new libretro port of fba a few days ago, here is the new git :
    https://github.com/libretro/libretro-fba
You could also be interested in another git i wrote, that uses old sh2 emulator from fba 0.2.97.29, allowing cps3 games to run at full speed : https://github.com/barbudreadmon/fba-libretro-rpi2
I intend to merge both repo when i’ll figure out how to select which sh2 emu to use on which condition, but at the moment you should probably use the second one.

    That sounds great – thanks!

I still havent tried CPS3 games on the standard fba on 2.6.0 yet.

Adding profile=performance to make on official repo should do the trick about SH-2 now.
