I just wondered what everyone’s opinion was for the best Megadrive core? I used Picodrive for the Pi 1 it it seemed fairly fast, not sure about accuracy though.

I tried DGen on the Pi 1 and I had problems with its speed and configuration.

I’ve just bought a Pi 2 and wondered if maybe the Genesis Plus GX core might be better with higher accuracy/compatibility/speed?

I use genesis plus gx. Dgen is probably the last emulator I’d use. Libretro picodrive works as well. It just depends on the game. Just test them out and see which performs better.
