Hi all, first off I am a complete raspberry Pi and Linux noob, so please bear with me :) I am attempting to build inside a Gameboy DMG.

    I have purchased a pi2 model B 1.1 and a 3.5″ LCD screen ( this one )

It uses the waveshare driver board and leaves me with a bunch of GPIO pins free to use for input from the Gameboy controls.

I downloaded the retropie image, expanded onto a SD card and thought I was good to go.

However, when I turn it on I can see LED activity but I only get a white screen. I assume from some googling that this is down to not having a driver for the screen in the retropie image?

I cant seem to figure out how to fix this one, can anyone offer some help or guidance please?
