I just installed the most recent version of Retropie. I was wondering how to tell the version number of RetroArch it uses. There’s supposedly a fix in RetroArch v1.2.2 to an issue that I’m having. More info: https://github.com/libretro/retroarch-joypad-autoconfig/pull/51

I don’t even know if it’s possible to upgrade the RetroArch version (that would be my next question), but I thought I would start by finding out if I’m even using v1.2.2.

Thanks in advance for the help.

you can update to the very latest version by installing just retropie from source via retropie-setup menu 5.

the version number is in the “in game” rgui, activated by select + X
