I recently purchased a PNY High Performance 128GB High Speed microSDHC Class 10 UHS-1 up to 40MB/sec Flash Memory Card – P-SDUX128U1-GE from Amazon because they had it on sale. Has anyone tried a 128GB card with RetroPie? I know in the FAQ on the Raspberry Pi site they say they have used 32GB cards. Just curious if 128GB is overkill. I’m sure I could find ways to fill up the SD Card, but just wanted to see if anyone else has tried a larger card before I rely on it to run RetroPie. Thanks for your input.

I’m using a 64 GB card, so far it works great.

I guess now that PSX is playable larger cards aren’t that crazy. I personally run with a 16 GB and haven’t filled it up. But I don’t put every ROM known to man on my card. I can see upgrading to 32 GB to support the PSX library I want to have available.
