Hi all! and first of all, thanks for this awesome project! (and sorry for my english…)

I’ve a RPi2 with retropie 2.6.0 installed in a 32gb microsd, all the psx games I have tried worked fine, but very pixelated…is there any shaders (or plugins or filters or something…) can I use to “fix” that?? or maybe changing de resolution??

    Thanks!!

There are lots of little tricks you can do to make it better, and a lot are covered here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6-VOCyDoTc&t=14 Try step 3 and 4, I find this is good enough for me.

Let me know how you go and I can help you with the shaders if your still not happy.

Many thanks davejaca! I’ll try that and I’ll tell you the result.

    Thanks one more time!

I’m using the crt-caligari shader from the retroarch common-shaders tree. It kind of makes it look more like it did on the TV back in the day.
I have them converted to glsl format and up for download here:

Not all the shaders work.. I’m working on fixing some of them still. Seems I left out a bunch of resource files. The basic ones seem to work ok though.

I rebuilt the download with the missing resource files. More shaders work, but some still don’t.
